Dieskau's recording is masterful, but I prefer a high voice for this song; the best recording I know of was a live broadcast from the 2009 Schubertiade with Christiane Karg and Wolfram Rieger, but that is, alas, not on YouTube. The Anne Sofie von Otter DGG track is pretty good, but I like this live Juilliard students' performance (Angela Vallone, soprano and Chris Reynolds, piano) from 2016 as well:
