Story points are not an estimation problem. They are a signal that your feedback loop is too long.
If you knew when feedback would arrive, if delivery and response were tightly coupled, you wouldn't need to estimate size. You'd need to understand direction. Estimation exists because teams are building into uncertainty that they can't reduce.

Agile Pulse has grown a bit, and I feel it is more or less feature-complete for now. It helps me get an overview of what people are talking about in the #agile community here on Mastodon. What do you think? Is anything missing? Is it helpful? Any feedback (and boosts) would be appreciated.

Do you work in an #agile team? What is your most valuable meeting or ritual, and which one is the least valuable? Why?
Who is using agile principles in a non-development organization? I’d love to get feedback from teams and C-level leaders on the usefulness of the Work-Feedback Loop. Maybe some of you can spare 30 minutes of your valuable time for this? Thanks for boosting!

This clarification is important to me:
Anyone who asks whether agile is still necessary in the age of AI hasn’t understood what agile is.
AI is a tool; agile is an approach. You can be agile with or without AI, or you can’t.
Please don’t confuse the two. Thank you.
My revised version of the 3 core project management forms inspired by @StefanRoock's article on hybrid project management.
I deliberately omitted details that make the difference in Stefan's versions.

If #agile work is about linking work and feedback in a tight loop so that the product can respond effectively to user requirements, why don’t organizations focus on that?
What do I mean by that? When I look around, I see many teams complaining that agile methods are being exploited to manage them. That’s a red flag. There can only be two reasons for this:
