    @tottinge Estimation of software tasks is not difficult, it is mathematically impossible (J.P.Lewis, ACM 2001).
    It is not that humans are bad at estimating (though they are), it is not that they need a better system of task estimation, it is that estimation is completely useless and a waste of time and effort.
    Instead apply predictive forecasting and Monte Carlo analysis q.v. Vasco Duarte
