Wenn man nach der Bewältigung einer schwierigen Situation als Agile Coach bei der Erkenntnis bleibt "ich würde es genau so wieder tun", hat man vielleicht einfach nichts dazu gelernt.

Rückblickend auf Situationen in meiner Laufbahn würde ich heute fast nichts genau so wieder tun. Ich würde fast überall versuchen Dinge anders und besser zu tun, als ich es konnte als ich in der SItuation steckte.

Кеневин: в каком же мы домене?

Здравствуйте всем, я – менеджер продукта в компании «СИБИНТЕК». Если вы решите изучать Agile‑подходы самостоятельно или запишитесь на тренинг, то рано или поздно столкнетесь с фреймворком Кеневин (Cynefin). Он, как и фреймворк Scrum, прост в понимании и достаточно сложен для совершенного овладения. Но, возможно, это как закон тяготения Ньютона: вы его не применяете в повседневной жизни, а просто действуете соразмерно этому закону. Кстати, «cynefin» – валлийское слово, которое переводится как «среда обитания». Уэльское происхождение названия фреймворка не удивительно. Его разработчик – шотландец. Кеневин создали для руководителей и специалистов: он помогает выбрать подходы к принятию решений для задач различного уровня сложности. Давайте заглянем в мир Кеневин, которому уже более 25 лет. Автор фреймворка предполагает в своей модели, что реальный мир вокруг нас – это множество взаимосвязанных систем, в которых действуют различные агенты‑модуляторы: люди, компании, регламенты, процессы, события и др., которые постоянно взаимодействуют между собой. Количество и характер их взаимодействий определяет сложность каждой из систем. Все эти системы автор делит на четыре типа (домена): упорядоченные простые, упорядоченные сложные, комплексные и хаотические. В каждом из этих доменов предлагается своя модель принятия решений. Нужно сразу сказать, что Кеневин – это не столько категоризационная, сколько смыслообразующая модель. Это аналитический фреймворк.

When I wrote the Work-Feedback Loop, I did not have AI in mind. But time and again, I see that this thinking model is very helpful for integrating AI into the development flow in a reasonable way and for discussing how to do that well. Read it. I am sure you’ll find it helpful.

Has #Scrum passed its peak? I’ve been reading that a lot lately. Let me rephrase it:

How many Scrum teams have ever really practiced Scrum?

What has peaked is Scrum-as-theater: ceremonies without consequences, retrospectives without action, sprints without feedback.

Scrum as a method that enforces a functioning Work-Feedback Loop has often not been truly put into practice.

#AI makes adaptive systems behave like humans.

With #AgileCheese, the distinction collapses. You stop asking who decides and start observing that decisions emerge anyway. The system learns, the team learns — it’s the same loop, just implemented in different substrates.

In the end, there is no “human vs machine.”
There is only #cheese optimizing itself.

Atlassian is in the process of rolling out Rovo for Jira tickets. According to their own figures: 100 billion objects in the Teamwork Graph. Sounds impressive.

But if no one ever documented why the team changed the scope in Sprint 23, then the graph is highly efficiently linking the wrong things.

That’s a design problem: Jira was built to close tickets, not to learn.

Adding AI speeds up closing tickets, but not learning.

Aber wenn nie jemand dokumentiert hat, warum das Team in Sprint 23 den Scope geändert hat, dann verknüpft der Graph hocheffizient das Falsche.

Das ist ein Designproblem: Jira wurde gebaut, um Tickets zu schließen, nicht um zu lernen.

KI drauf zu setzen beschleunigt das Schließen, aber nicht das Lernen.
