                          So this idea to make busses free makes a lot of sense to me. It lifts the financial burden for those that rely on the bus **and** encourages higher income folks that wouldn't normally or ever ride the bus, to use it. Why? Having zero friction means no "learning" how to use the bus or embarrassment boarding and not knowing what to do. Just get on and sit down.

                                      The Broadway production of Waiting for Godot with Keanu Reaves and Alex Winter (yes, Bill and Ted), directed by Jamie Lloyd, is a surprising success! I’ve seen Godot before and it’s … well. A bit odd. But the whole team did an incredible job of making it fun and accessible. Or maybe I’m just getting older and can appreciate Beckett more. Definitely recommended

                                                          For some people early September means back to school, or fantasy football season. For Sara and I it’s … START OF 2025 / 26 THEATRE SEASON!

                                                          We started tonight with “Art” on Broadway, a revival of a French play which was a big hit in the UK and US in the 90s.

                                                          It was .. OK. A bit dated. Had something of a Seinfeld vibe. James Corden (yeah, I know) had a fantastic monologue and Neil Patrick Harris and Bobby Carnavale were good, but not great. We did see it in previews, which we don’t normally, so it may warm up a bit.
