So this idea to make busses free makes a lot of sense to me. It lifts the financial burden for those that rely on the bus **and** encourages higher income folks that wouldn't normally or ever ride the bus, to use it. Why? Having zero friction means no "learning" how to use the bus or embarrassment boarding and not knowing what to do. Just get on and sit down.

The #NYC Broadway production of Waiting for Godot with Keanu Reaves and Alex Winter (yes, Bill and Ted), directed by Jamie Lloyd, is a surprising success! I’ve seen Godot before and it’s … well. A bit odd. But the whole team did an incredible job of making it fun and accessible. Or maybe I’m just getting older and can appreciate Beckett more. Definitely recommended

At #NoKings #NYC today, we saw thousands and thousands of people, lots of older protestors, very good dogs, plenty of clever and corny signs, and many different approaches to fighting fascism--and, miraculously, only one Trump troll (cry more, wahhhh!), one 9/11 truther (doing a Mickey Mouse voice and criticizing people's signs), and one anti-Mamdani Cuomosexual. Three off-message marchers out of so many? This thing might have legs!
