Scientific research discovered that human brains “sync up” when we collaborate. Co-creation patterns in software development do really work. These new findings add to the existing pile of research that others like Laurie Williams have already done regarding pair / ensemble programming.

    Ellis bans ensemble programming

Ellis walks into the dev team's office. Arlo and Blake are sat together working, with some sticky notes on the desk next to them. Ellis is looking stressed.

"What the heck are you two doing?" Ellis asks in horror.

Arlo and Blake look up from their work.

"We're pair programming," Arlo responds.

"We can't afford to pay two developers and only get 1 feature," Ellis rants. "You're lucky all the managers and stakeholders missed this while they're in that three-hour change control board meeting!"

More fun with : This time, I wanted two AIs to do ping-pong together. Some parts were impressive, but other parts pretty disappointing - Like, they forgot parts of even simple instructions.

I'm pretty happy with the how the content of my new video about and turned out, end even the filming and editing is - while not great - OK for me.

Which is a bad omen: The more I'm happy with a video, the worse it performs 🤣

Finally I can run again - Now in a @fedora 42 distrobox. That may be the better solution anyway.

This week, I have two videos that I could release if I manage to finish them: One more where I play around with and one where I talk about

Let's see whether I can release both 😀

Do you know your way around the API? I'd love to add support for it in Greencently, my tiny extension. How you can help: https://github.com/schmonz/junit-greencently/issues/29
