My consulting is going well: I’ve got enough corporate clients to not need more and enough slack to be able to consider more. One of my goals as an independent is to be as home and as present as possible by limiting my travel and my time worked. This is going so-so. On the “so” side, I’m very much enjoying all the family time, especially with work travel not resuming till mid-January. On the “other so” side, I’m very much behind on the personal projects that help keep my head on straight: pkgsrc packages need updating and notqmail PRs (and non-PRs) need my attention. Thinking about my time management, I can pretty easily make a little room for these. notqmail-wise, I’m looking forward to meeting one of my co-conspirators in person over the holidays, and to presenting notqmail at a meetup in NYC next month.
