Spent all day helping folks with all sorts of things. I like doing it, but I am getting antsy for time to do the billable work I need to be doing.

Today one of OpenBSD's IPSEC developers asked me — me! — for a ThinkPad XF86Config. Naturally I was glad to help. While I haven't yet gotten to use OpenBSD's IPSEC (I may create a VPN between my home LAN and the office's when our firewall goes live), it is gratifying to help a developer of my favorite Unix in whatever way I can.

Gearing up home.ooi.net for the imminent arrival of David Johnson's Web site. He has requested a guestbook and a hit counter. To sweeten the deal, I will throw in a logfile analyzer. Hey, why not?
