Justin and I were at BGSU today, upgrading a goodly number of SGI workstations to the newest release of IRIX. We got into a pretty good rhythm doing network installs in a lab of 16 O2 workstations, but were unfortunately limited to a small number of simultaneous installs due to network contention. Still, we had a good time and made good progress. Tom Smith will join me tomorrow to finish the remaining upgrades.
I met my friend John Pryzbylek (who lives in a suburb of Bowling Green) for dinner at Myles Pizza. There are at least three different establishments named “Myles” within the block. I figured John, being a native, would know who Myles is; he doesn't. So the question remains unanswered. If you have any idea of the whereabouts or whatabouts of the aforementioned Myles, please let me know.
Spent the night at the local Best Western. Watched a very bad horror flick entitled Candyman: Day of the Dead, starring Donna D'Errico as the troubled heroine. Do not watch this movie unless you really, really like Donna D'Errico. It is very bad.
