While working on building PHP with Microsoft SQL Server support, improved our documentation on the Apache build process.

Updated the “missing link” script on home.ooi.net to make it easy to report problems without automatically flooding anyone's mailboxes. Nifty little tool. Will port it to PHP for speed.
