Woke up a little less late, but still not as early as I would like. Took the C line in with Seth and James (they exited at Copley).
Working on decookification of the Love Monkey. Some browsers, in some cases, in a pattern we have not been able to decode, have trouble staying logged in. In order to avoid this problem, I'm rewriting Love Monkey to handle session management without cookies. But first, I need to figure out how the code currently works.
Lunch at the well established A Street Diner. Short on cash, I offered my eight-year-old Cross pen to Kendra as collateral for her spotting me for the BLT. Then I realized I could have bought the sandwich myself and gave her my only three dollars in exchange for my pen. Then she snatched my T pass. I had to give her my trademark sad face in return for my three bucks, because she wasn't keen on returning the T pass.
I did eventually get it back, because I met Pete and Chris Hung (yeah! from out of town!) at Kenmore and walked with them to an Ultimate game at MIT. The contest was held as part of a “corporate” league, in which anyone can create a team and join the league. It was a very close game which we mostly watched, and were privileged to play a bit because Chris knew someone on one of the teams (as always). Then we went to Presto's and chilled out, yo. It was nice to see the Hungster.
