Amazing what living in a less desirable area of the country will do to the cost of rent. I'm moving on June 15 into a 1BR in what is probably the heppest area of Cleveland (Shaker Square), and it's huge and nice, and the rent includes electricity, and it still costs less than half of a 2BR in Cambridge. I'm really looking forward to living alone — I've wanted to for a long time.
