Driving to New York City this weekend for a cousin's bar mitzvah. The whole cool side of the family (the Israeli side) will be there, including the Bostonians. I've got a couple friends coming along to defray the cost of gas and keep me awake, not necessarily in that order, and we're all going to sleep on the floor of my sister's new apartment.

I am now accepting suggestions for what to do around town with my dad and sister. What are some neat things to do in New York? Standard touristy activities are A-OK; unusual activities are even better.
