”Your schmonz goes to college.”

Road trip photos posted! And much more.

Two straight evenings of rollicking good fun. Last night, a bunch of old-time Phi Kaps (of which I was the least old-timey), several of whom were back in Cleveland for Darin and Carla's wedding, got together at Buca di Beppo. Present: Hsia, Ken, Tony, Ron, Joe and Laura, Frank, Rowan, Zuck and Astrid. Between boisterous us and the boisterous waitresses (ours and an import or two), we generated our fair share of the loud and lewd before closing the place out. Great to see all those guys in one place again, and amusing how quickly we fall into the old patterns.

Tonight, after a full day of Ultimate at the 1040EZ hat tournament, a handful of local disc old-timers retired to the new Panini's (on the site of the former Sal and Angelo's) in Coventry. Aaron, Jess, Hank, Rima, Russ, Sean Elias. No banter from the waitstaff this time, but we didn't need it.

I'm beginning to feel it's a shame that I'll be leaving Cleveland, what with all the fun I've been having lately. I'm glad that I feel this way. It means I've managed to live well here, and it'll impel me to visit a little more often.
