The following Firefox extensions are considered good, by me, a lot, at this time. Some I just like, and some I can scarcely do without.

I highly recommend Tab Mix Plus. It has a ton of configurable tab features, but the primary one I wanted it for was the ability to remember the state of open tabs when opening Firefox. It can also color tab text, but not nearly as nicely as Colorful Tabs looks. I had definite crashing problems with foXpose, though.
Tab Mix Plus is indeed nice. Thanks for the recommendation. In Thunderbird, I’ve started using Display Mail User Agent Extension and WebMail.
Forgot to mention, I’ve disabled foXpose and Colorful Tabs (I forget why the latter), and I’ve added Forecastfox and Greasemonkey with the Uh Oh intelliTXT! Link Ad Remover.

I’m now also using Launchy (useful for getting Portable Apps to open links in other Portable Apps), Firebug (fantastic for web development), and Download Statusbar. In Thunderbird, I’ve retired WebMail in favor of FreePOPs running on my mail server.
