Finias’s delayed 2nd birthday party would have been Saturday. That morning, Taavi tested positive. A couple days later, were he eating a bit better, I’d say he’s back to normal. Also, both his parents are inevitably also positive. It’s been mild for the three of us so far. We understood in March 2020 that one day the new virus would find its way into us, but we could do our best to make it take a while. It did. Now we have to hope that it stays mild for us and doesn’t do anything more interesting when it reaches Finias and Galila, who’s three weeks old tomorrow.
