Dave Prior had me on his show to discuss what we learned in a recent Personal Kanban training class together. We hadn’t realized we’d get to meet in person there. A pleasant surprise. (Dave was one of the brave non-programmers in the video I did with Agile Uprising, TDD and Mob Programming for Non-Programmers.)

This was a fun podcast, with lots of ideas linking to other ideas and occasionally looping back around to earlier ones. My personal kanban board lives again! This time, I’m trying to remember to keep making improvements to how I manage my work.
