The Bears will host the Eagles next weekend. Should be a good game… FOR ME TO POOP ON! If any defense in the league matches up well against Donovan McNabb, it's the Bears', whose fast and fierce linebackers (among them Brian Urlacher, the NFC's Pro Bowl starter at MLB) can shut down wide receivers over the middle, backs in the flat, and McNabb on the run. The Eagles don't have a significant long passing game, but if they try going deep, the Bears' nasty secondary will hurt them. Bears by 13.

After a Jets loss a few weeks ago, Vinny Testaverde complained about the play-calling and took some flak for it. After watching the Jets-Raiders game today, I agree with him. The Jets are not a great team, but they're also not as bad as they look when they run the stupid plays that get called. They need a new offensive coordinator.

I watch way too much football. :-)
